We’re committed to delivering your favorite fizz quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our sparkling goodness:

Where We Ship

Currently, we only ship to Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Denmark: 2-4 business days
  • International: 5-10 business days 

You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your Lover shipment hits the road.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard PostNord Shipping: 39-49 DKK for merch and water

We use eco-friendly, recyclable materials to keep your drinks safe and the planet happy.

Refund Policy

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your sparkling water arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please email us at hello@thirstylover.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (it’s consumable!), we don’t accept returns. However, if you're unhappy for any reason, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it up to you – whether that's a refund, replacement, or a surprise sparkle.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
